Long Time, No Blogging

Well now I've finished student teaching. During the second half of the semester I definitely slacked on updating. Second grade went great!  I wasn't sure I would like second grade, but I absolutely love those kids!!  Ended up doing a fraction math unit. The kids LOVED all of the different activities. 

I was offered a call. I took it. In a couple more weeks I will be officially a kindergarten teacher. I haven't gotten my diploma or anything I need to get my license yet so that's a little scary. Hopefully things will start coming together. 

I would love to blog about my first year teaching, but I just don't know if I will have the time. I'm so excited to start and since I will be so far from home and family, it may be a good idea to blog about what I am doing. We will see I guess.
